insurance agent list quality and our undeliverable mailing policy

The question that was asked tried to measure the undeliverable rate of an insurance agent mailing to the success rate. This a question where many inexperienced and semi-experienced agents confuse success of their mailing by how many undeliverable pieces they received back. Here's why this logic process is incorrect.  You mail a list of agents, and all 100% receive your message. yet since all the agents you mailed were of the wrong quality, zero responded. Or if any responded, none of them signed a contract and then went on to produce business for you. YOUR DELIVERABILITY RATE WAS 100%, YOUR SUCCESS WAS ZERO, SO YOUR MONEY AND TIME SPEND WERE 100% WASTED! 

Lets say instead you used a similar sized list that was much more refined and it contained only a fraction of the same agents as your first list. The post office sends you back 15% as being undeliverable, and you immediately conclude what a bad list!

Wrong conclusion!  Shortly, you receive 10 responses from very qualified potential agents.  Of these, 5 signed contracts, and over the next 3 years produced a 400% return on your total cost investment. Your return on investment for the 1st list (ROI) was nothing.

This is why the quality of the list, not the undeliverable rate becomes the true measure of success. No one can ever guarantee results, but, Four main factors can lean the scales your way. Starting with a quality insurance recruiting list is the main one and highly outweighs the other three combined.


 
The AGENTS INSURANCE MARKETING 100% Deliverability Guarantee:

We give you two options on each undeliverable piece RETURNED to us with 60 days of the invoice date. No guarantee can be given for pieces mailed out and not received back from us within these 60 days - no exceptions!

Option 1: 2 for 1  From the very first undeliverable piece mailed and returned you will receive a 2 times cash refund check.  This means 16 cents each, which is at least twice what you paid for the name. Minimum must account to $15.00 or more.

Option 2: 4 for 1  From the very fist undeliverable piece mailed and returned you will receive a credit on your next order of 4 names free for each undeliverable mailed piece returned to us. If you mailed 10,000 and received 1,000 back and returned them to us, you will have a 4,000 name credit,  Let's say you again order 10,000 names 2 months later. HOW OTHER LIST SERVICES WORK:
We know of no other list company or source offering a guarantee that starts with the first undeliverable mailing piece. Most either offer a guarantee providing a nominal credit excluding the first 10% of bad addresses, or no return credit at all. If you purchased a 10,000 name list for the 1st source mentioned and it was 15% undeliverable, that would mean 1,500 pieces. You spent $120 for these bad address names, but since the company is only honoring 500 pieces (what's over 10%) your refund would be $40.00.  In turn, your cash refund with us would have been $240.00.  That's 6 times more relief.

Warning. If you get a random list of names from someone who has used a state source, your undeliverable rate is going to soar. Why? If the state has a 2 year license renewal, its similar to getting a telephone directory that is 2 years old. Your unrefined lists produces an undeliverable rate ranging from 20% to more that 30%. Currently a 10,000 name list may cost $5,000 to mail. A 25% undeliverable rate would mean you lost $1,250, and no guarantees on success.

If our list was 25% undeliverable and you returned the undeliverables for credit, the 10,000 name list you purchased would have a 10,000 name credit.  Which would mean that we made nothing.
